Privacy policy

When you send a contact message, a vehicle inquiry, a test drive request, a trade-in appraisal request, or a "tell us what you're looking for" note, we store what you typed: your name, phone number, email address, your message, and which page you sent it from. Trade-in requests also store the vehicle details you entered and any photos you upload.

We use that only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We never ask for a social security number, income, or credit information, because we don't finance vehicles.

Forms include a hidden anti-spam field and a rate limit, which briefly records a hashed form of your network address so one person can't flood the inbox.

Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. If we turn it on, it will be Google Analytics 4 for page-view counts only, and this page will say so.

The public pages of this site don't set marketing or advertising cookies. Cookies and browser storage are used for two things: keeping the dealership's own staff logged into the admin area, and, if analytics is enabled, the Google Analytics measurement cookie.

Embedded Google Maps on the contact page is served by Google and follows Google's own privacy practices.

Our website host and database provider store the data on our behalf. If we send you an email reply, our email provider handles that message. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with lenders — we have no lender relationships.

Leads stay in our inbox so we can follow up and so we have a record of a sale. Sale records are kept as long as Minnesota dealer recordkeeping rules require. Ask us to delete an inquiry and we'll delete it, unless it's tied to a completed sale we're required to keep.
