Vehicles on this site are offered subject to prior sale. A listing, a price, or a confirmation that a vehicle is available is not a binding offer. A sale happens when both of us sign a purchase agreement at the lot.

We enter vehicle details by hand from the title, the VIN decode, and our own inspection. We work to keep it right, and mistakes still happen — a wrong trim, a mileage typo, a photo taken before a repair. Nothing on this site replaces looking at the vehicle yourself. Verify anything you're relying on before you buy, and get any promise in writing.

Title brand is stated on every listing. If a listing and the actual title ever disagree, the title controls, and we'll tell you before you sign anything.

Listed prices are the vehicle price. They don't include Minnesota tax, title, registration and plate fees, or the state-allowed documentation fee. We'll show you the full number in writing before you pay anything. Prices can change without notice.

Blue Ox Auto Sales does not offer financing, is not a buy-here-pay-here lot, and has no lender relationships. Nothing on this site is a credit offer, a pre-qualification, or a loan application. Payment is cash, cashier's check, or a loan you arrange yourself with your own bank or credit union. See how we sell for the details.

Most of our vehicles are sold as is with no dealer warranty. Every vehicle offered for sale carries an FTC Buyers Guide in the window that states its warranty condition, and the Buyers Guide is part of your purchase contract. Ask for a copy — we'll hand you one.

Don't send us anything unlawful, and don't use our forms to send bulk or automated messages. We may ignore or delete submissions that look like spam.

Photos, vehicle descriptions, and site text belong to Blue Ox Auto Sales. Feel free to share a listing link. Don't scrape the site or republish our photos as your own inventory.

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute is handled in the Minnesota courts for the county where the dealership is located.
